Flow · Rev A
A simple, project-based model.
No surprises.
You always know what happens next, what it costs, and what you walk away with.
-
FREE
Free discovery call
- What happens
- We spend an hour on your problem: how work actually moves through your business today, where it stalls, and what's costing you time or visibility.
- What it costs
- Nothing. The hour is free, and there is no obligation afterward.
- What you walk away with
- A clear read on whether automation or AI can genuinely help. And if we can't help, we'll say so.
-
FIXED SCOPE
Scoped quote
- What happens
- We turn the call into a concrete proposal covering what we'll build, how it will work, and what it costs. One fixed quote for the full engagement.
- What it costs
- Still nothing. The quote is part of the free process.
- What you walk away with
- A written scope you can evaluate on your own schedule. No pressure, no meter running.
-
DELIVERED
The build
- What happens
- We design and build the automation or solution end to end, connecting your systems, testing against real cases, and walking your team through it before it goes live.
- What it costs
- The quoted project price. No hourly surprises.
- What you walk away with
- A working system in production, documented and proven on your actual work.
-
MAINTAINED
Ongoing retainer
- What happens
- After launch we move to a monthly retainer: we monitor, maintain, and fix what we built, and keep it working as the tools around it change.
- What it costs
- A monthly retainer sized to what we maintain. Larger enhancements are scoped as purchasable sprints.
- What you walk away with
- An automation that stays healthy, with the people who built it accountable for it.
Fair questions
What does an engagement cost?
Every quote is scoped to the project: the size of the process, the systems involved, and what we're building. That's why the process starts with a free call and a fixed quote instead of a rate card.
What systems do you work with?
We're source-agnostic. That's the point. Email, spreadsheets, CRMs, ERPs, databases, industry tools: if your data lives there, we can connect it, automate around it, or surface it in a portal.
How long does a build take?
It depends on scope, and the quote tells you honestly. Small automations land in weeks; full portals take longer. Either way you'll know the timeline before you commit a dollar.
